We use Full Security Package by our Hosting Services, SiteGround, including daily Backups, SSL Manager, HTTPS Enforcing, URL Protection and daily Site Scanning.
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that user are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore, we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonable practical.
Your Rights as a User
We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. Additional Clauses
The information collected from a user are for Assessment of their Success in their choice of Program, guidance of user to proceed with their selected service with the concerned authority, and for their representation with the concerned authority, wherever and whenever user or client give consent to the site consultants to do so.
The site is not authority to make immigration decisions based on user information but a consulting and advising service. No immigration decisions can be made by the site based on user given information, if you choose to register and pay for Site services, the final approval will be considered by an immigration officer in accordance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, without regard to any outcome you attain through Site Services.
The Site act as a platform for Immigration Consultants, where users are guided on immigration and citizenship options, help to choose the best immigration program for them, fill out and submit immigration and citizenship applications, communicate with the related governing body on user behalf, when user has given consent; and advertise that Site can give immigration and citizenship guidance and consultancy.
Magna International Consulting Services and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates are absolutely not (“Not”), in any way affiliated with Immigration and Citizenship Canada or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The purpose of this Site, this business and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates is to provide user consulting and guidance service on payment of services by user, for the best possible professional practice available and to guide user best possible programs that will suite user situation.
